How does the collar resist stretching out over time?

Traditional lightweight activewear shirts often suffer from loose, wavy necklines after a few trips through the washing machine. We prevent this structural breakdown by spinning our ultrafine merino fibers completely around a highly elastic nylon filament core.

Does the natural sun protection fade after washing?

No. Mainstream athletic shirts often rely on applied topical chemical coatings to achieve their sun ratings, which gradually degrade and wash out after several laundry cycles. The UPF 20 protection in this garment is a permanent physical attribute of our dense 17.5-micron knit pattern.

Can this shirt handle multiple days of consecutive travel wear?

Yes. The biological structure of merino fibers naturally absorbs vapor before it can pool on your skin and interact with odor-causing bacteria.

How do raglan sleeves benefit runners and climbers specifically?

Traditional T-shirts feature a vertical seam where the sleeve connects to the shoulder, which binds up and creates a physical point of resistance when your arms move upward. A raglan sleeve uses a continuous, curved diagonal seam path from the underarms straight up to the collar.
