How does the quarter-zip construction improve thermal performance?

Standard crew necks offer zero manual ventilation, meaning you must remove layers entirely when you overheat during a climb. The deep neckline zipper solves this by allowing immediate airflow directly across major heat zones, cooling your core temperature instantly under heavy physical output.

What are the benefits of core-spun yarn over standard lightweight wool?

Ultralight knitwear can occasionally develop friction holes or stretch out along high-wear zones like the elbows or waist over time. Our core-spun technique reinforces the natural fibers by spinning them securely around a central synthetic filament anchor.

Can this pullover handle intense sweat without holding moisture?

Unlike polyester activewear that traps liquid sweat on the surface of your skin and leaves you cold during rest stops, our specialized Merino fibers absorb moisture vapor directly into their cellular structure. The fabric holds vapor internally and releases it into the outside air before it turns into liquid sweat.
