100% Organic Linen Cloth Face Mask Mouth Mask

We couldn't bring ourselves to put plastic or PVC mouths masks against our nose and skin, so we created these organic flax linen face - mouth masks, which have become so protective and useful to us and our customers in many different ways over the years (we started making them in 1997). People use these organic linen face mouth masks while cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, garages, basements, attics, their cars, their pets (especially when cleaning their pets' teeth). Of course, now with COVD-19, these organic flax linen face mouth masks have proven to be invaluable. Our organic linen face mouth masks can easily be disinfected by dipping in boiling water for a few seconds. Hang or lay flat to dry and steam iron as necessary.

If you don't want your skin, nose & mouth to touch & inhale possible fumes from plastic & polyester & potentially harmful bleaches & dyes, our 100% organic linen face mask mouth mask 😷 is the answer. This chemical-free all-natural mouth mask offers protection against airborne pollutants & contagious viral respiratory diseases. Our plastic-free organic linen mouth and face mask is not only safe & non-toxic for adults & children, but also comfortable to wear for extended periods of time for true all-day protection. Our unique linen face mouth masks are better for you especially if you are chemically sensitive or allergic or concerned about potential chemicals in regular store bought face masks made out of plastic, vinyl or polyester. You can breathe easy knowing that natural organic flax linen fiber is next to your skin protecting you from potential dust particles & toxins in the air.

This hand-washable, reusable organic courtesy face mask can be fitted behind the ears or tied behind the head. Our unique organic facial covering mask is made from a breathable 100% organic linen fabric & sewn using organic cotton threads. This all-natural hypoallergenic face mask is completely chemical-free. No VOC, no bleach, no dye, no PVC, no plastic, no elastic, no Velcro, no GMO, no pesticides, no dioxin, no formaldehyde, no forever chemicals such as PFAS. Only natural fiber. As it should be, for your & our all safety.

If you're adding a filter, please note that with this single-layer mask, the filter is worn directly on the face, and held in place by the mask. This works fine for short trips in public such as a subway or bus ride. If you need to wear the mask for a long time, please choose one of our 2-layer styles with a pocket to insert the filter in (Everidge, or Clearbrook).

From Science Magazine, which interviewed George Gao, Director-General who oversees 2,000 frontline employees at the Chinese Center for Disease Control: "The big mistake in the US and Europe, in my opinion, is that people aren't wearing masks. The virus is transmitted by droplets and close contact. Droplets play a very important role - you've got to wear a mask, because when you speak, there are always droplets coming out of your mouth. Many people have asymptomatic or presymptomatic infections. If they are wearing face masks, they can prevent droplets that carry the virus from escaping and infecting others."

Tip: Put a drop of your favorite calming essential oil on the bottom of your organic mask to add aromatherapeutic serenity throughout your day. This has certainly helped take the edge off the stresses of travel for us.
